Returns & Policies

Customer Satisfaction is our first priority!

 

If your order is not correct and not as you ordered it, please contact us or call us immediately at 406-855-0453! We will fix it at no extra charge to you if it was our mistake. 


EXCHANGES:

If you need to return your new, unused skates call or contact us for instructions.  Please include your invoice number when contacting us. Products that have been used are not refundable.

All exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging. 
Please contact us within 15 days after the receipt of the item for a return or exchange.

Please don't ship anything back to us without letting us know.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Once we receive the item we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs and restocking fee of 10%.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.

All exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging.

All custom items may be subject to a restocking fee for exchanges.
Please contact us within 15 days after the receipt of the item for a return or exchange.

Custom orders, Clearance or close-out items may not be returned for credit, but we will help you exchange it if at all possible.  

 

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.

It always stinks when you order something and it does not fit, most skates can be returned and exchanged for the proper size, please read carefully. WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO GET STUCK WITH A PAIR OF SKATES THAT DO NOT FIT.

There is a 10% Restocking Fee on skates.

There is a 10% restocking fee on all other items that are being returned.

NO RESTOCKING FEE ON ITEMS BEING EXCHANGED.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, to and from.

All Proctective gear must be unused!!! with PRISTINE PACKAGING. we will not accept worn, scratched, stinky gear.

Colored upgraded boots and skates.

Size or Width upgraded boots and skates.

Special Order items.

Clearence items.

Discontinued items.

Socks, Tights, Mouthguards.

Custom orders, Clearance or close-out items may not be returned for credit, but we will help you exchange it if at all possible.  

 

International Orders:

We will do our best to get whatever you want, to wherever you need it. However, we will NOT pay import/export taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees imposed, including foreign governments for the shipment of products into their countries. If you live outside the USA, you are responsible for any of these or any other fees.
